Process
- Job Requisition - Our team reviews the accompanying job descriptions and kicks off sourcing activities.
- Sourcing of Candidates - We identify the right candidates using a variety of job search engines, portals, job boards, social networking sites, websites and forums.
- Candidate Screening - Candidates are screened based on the criteria defined by our clients.
- Phone Interviews - Approved candidates are asked a series of questions that are decided upon by our client's in-house recruitment team.
- Schedule In-Person Interviews - Candidates that make it through the screening process are scheduled for face to face interviews with the designated hiring manager.
- Extend Offer - Candidates that are given the green light by the hiring manager are then extended an offer based on the salary range defined for the position.
- Salary Negotiation - Quite often candidates wish to negotiate salary. Our recruiters can help facilitate the process by being in touch with the client's HR team and the candidate. We make sure we hire the right talent while making sure our clients dont end up overpaying.
